De La Torre Digital provides website design, automation, AI systems, and related digital marketing services. Work is delivered under the written scope agreed before a project begins. Anything outside that scope is quoted separately in writing.

Pricing and payment

Pricing is based on the specific services, scope, and payment option selected. Premium websites may be offered with a low initial payment and ongoing monthly hosting and management. All fees are quoted in writing before work begins. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.

Monthly plans and agreements

Monthly systems are billed on a recurring basis and remain active as long as payment is current. Some services may require an initial term to build momentum. Cancellation terms are provided in the service agreement for each plan.

Intellectual property and ownership

You retain ownership of your content, customer data, and business information. Deliverables are provided in accordance with the project agreement. Third-party platform accounts remain subject to their own terms of service.

No guarantee of results

Search engines, advertising platforms, AI systems, and third-party platforms control their own rankings, delivery, and performance. We do not guarantee specific rankings, lead volumes, revenue, or business outcomes.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, De La Torre Digital's liability is limited to the amounts paid for the services in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
